Email Addresses — Company Profile

In the Company Profile, under the Contacts tab, you’ll find a list of email addresses used for different purposes throughout GC.

Types of Email and Their Use

• Commercial Email
  Used in the CompanyCommercialEMail variable in reports.

• Treasury Email
  Used in the CompanyEMail variable (currently the most generic one).
  Also used in various system services, such as user notification emails.

• Accounting Email
  Informational only.

• GDPR Email
  Informational only, but mandatory to have this available in accordance with GDPR regulations.

• Maintenance Email
  Used in the Maintenance module for internal company notifications.

• Meetings Email
  Used in the Meetings module via the #MeetingEMail# variable, included in the body of emails sent to unit owners.

  Example: to indicate which email address they should reply to.

• API Invoice Email
  Used for automated notifications in integrations with services such as LuziGas and TocOnline.
