When income is distributed among the unit owners, follow the steps below:
1. Enter income as a negative amount
Go to:
Budgets > Contributions > Process Rents
- Enter the income amount as negative
2. Record the accounting document
Go to:
Accounting > Accounting Documents
- Select the Condominium and Journal T
- Debit the unit owner’s account

- Credit the condominium’s bank account

- In the Unit Owner Current Account tab, add the unit owners who will receive the income and the respective amounts
3. Issue the receipt for settlement
Go to:
Treasury > Receipts > Process
- Issue the receipt to settle the previously recorded documents
