GC offers several payment methods: Multibanco References, MBWay, Payshop, and Direct Debit.
These services have additional costs, and to activate any of them, follow the steps below:
1. Contact a Payment Provider
Get in touch with one of the payment providers we have a partnership with:
Mention that you want to activate buildings (one contract per building) using the SolidSoft GC integration protocol.
2. Enable Services in GC
Update the services you want to use directly in the GC software:
Administration >> Company >> Services tab.
3. Activate per Building
Once you receive confirmation that the contract is active (per building), and only after that:
- Go to
Buildings >> Payments tab - Activate the desired service
- Paste the corresponding API key for the building
⚠️ It’s essential to paste the API key into the correct building.
