Alerts

GC includes a system of automated alerts to assist with day-to-day management.

Once configured, an email with the alert will be sent at the scheduled time.

Example: For an expiring group insurance policy, an email will be sent 1 month before the renewal date.

The Alerts option is available in the following modules:

  • Insurance
  • Accounting
  • Treasury
  • Legal Collections

Field Descriptions

  • Description
    A title that identifies and complements the alert being created.

  • Alert Type
    Select the option that matches the alert you want to register.

  • Frequency
    Defines how often the alert should be triggered:

    • Daily: every day
    • Weekly: once per week (on Monday)
    • Monthly: once per month (on the specified day)
  • Start Day
    Day on which the alert routine runs:

    • Daily: ignored
    • Weekly: runs every Monday
    • Monthly: runs on the 1st of each month
  • User
    Select the user who should receive the alert (lists all users in the system).

  • Manager
    Lists only users with manager roles, allowing you to select a specific manager to receive the alert.

  • Department
    Select a department — the alert will be sent to all users in the selected department.

  • Active
    Allows you to deactivate the alert temporarily and reactivate it later.

  • Email Template
    Text that will be included in the alert email.

    Example:
    Group Insurance expiring for the following condominiums: {BUILDINGS}
    The {BUILDINGS} variable will be replaced with the codes of the buildings that match the alert.

⚠️ Only one email will be sent, listing all buildings that match the alert criteria.
