What is Open Banking?

The Open Banking feature in GC enables automatic integration with condominium bank statements, simplifying the reconciliation process, increasing efficiency, and reducing manual errors.

⚙️ Initial Setup

Follow the steps below to activate the feature:

  1. Register with nBanks:
    Use the following link to create your account:
    https://app.nbanks.net/auth/signup?coupon=SOLIDSOFT

  2. Enable in GC:
    Go to Administração >> Empresa >> Separador Serviços
    Enable the option “Open Banking (nBanks) Ativo”

  3. Login to nBanks via GC:
    Click the “Login nBanks” button and authenticate in the new window.

  4. Create the bank account in the nBanks portal:
    Once the condominium bank account is created, copy the account ID (see video instructions below).

  1. Link the account ID in GC:
    Go to the condominium’s bank account in GC and paste the ID in the field:
    “Open Banking (nBanks) – Identificação Conta”

✅ Daily Use

Once configured, Open Banking is simple and automatic to use.

1. View Bank Statement

  • Menu: Condomínios >> Condomínios >> Extrato Bancário >> Open Banking Tab
  • Statement data is imported automatically and regularly updated.

2. Account Reconciliation

  • Menu: Contabilidade >> Conferência de Contas >> Bancos
  • After selecting the condominium and the account, the screen is split in two:
    • Top section: GC transactions
    • Bottom section: actual bank statement

2.1 Learning process

  • Each transaction can be labeled with a letter to link it with the matching entry.
  • GC will “learn” these links for future reconciliations.

2.2 Color codes

  • Red: no match found
  • Yellow: approximate match
  • Green: exact match
  • Blue: identified as bank fees or receipts – can be created instantly
