View Sent Documents

Automated document delivery is essential to a manager’s daily routine, but it’s equally important to ensure proper control and traceability of those deliveries.

In addition to the automatic delivery report received by the manager — with the number of emails sent successfully and unsuccessfully — more detailed information is available directly in the application.


🔍 How to Access

Go to:
Mail >> View Sent Documents

In this section dedicated to correspondence tracking, you can view:

  • 📅 Date and time of each delivery
  • 📄 Complete list of document types sent
  • 🚚 Delivery method
  • 👁️ Number of views, with date and time of each access

🖨️ Delivery Report

If you need a printed report of the documents sent, go to:
Meetings >> Notices >> Delivery Reports
