After preparing the meeting minutes, the file must be attached in:
Meetings > Meeting Agenda
- Select the corresponding meeting
- Upload the minutes file

How to send the minutes
Go to:
Meetings > Minutes > Send Minutes
From this menu, you can send the minutes to unit owners automatically, using the GC’s configured email system.
Meeting Minutes Add-In Tool
GC provides a tool for:
- Drafting meeting minutes
- Creating custom templates and letters
This feature is available as a Microsoft Word Add-In.
