Tenant and Lessee Concepts

1 – Tenant

A Tenant refers to a situation where a unit belongs to a property owner (with defined share and budget quotas), but is inhabited or used by a tenant.
This tenant may or may not be responsible for paying the quotas.

2 – Lessee

A Lessee is linked to a unit owned by the condominium itself (without any share/permilage). Common examples include:

  • The concierge’s house
  • The rental of the condominium meeting room
  • The rental of an antenna space

In these cases, the system allows the issuance of rent invoices to the lessee.
