Send Notices

Sending a meeting notice to unit owners is a quick and efficient process.

Just follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Meetings > Notices > Issue Notices;
  2. Select the condominium and the corresponding meeting (previously scheduled in Meetings > Meeting Agenda);
  3. Indicate whether you want to send the attached documents related to the meeting (if any; otherwise, these options will not appear);
  4. You may choose Preview to review the content before sending

    ⚠️ Please note: this step does not send or process the notices;

  5. Once everything is confirmed, click Send:
    • The notices will be automatically sent by email to those unit owners with email delivery configured;
    • The remaining notices will be shown on screen for printing and postal delivery (CTT).
