Rental Unit (e.g., Caretaker's House)

If the condominium has a rented unit, it should be handled differently from the others.

In these cases, there are no quotas, but rather rents.

How to configure a rental unit:

1. Create the respective unit at:
   Units > Units

2. Fill in the following fields:

   • Unit Type = Caretaker's House Rental (or another rental type)
   • Permillage = 0
   • Associate the tenant entity (the tenant must already have a unit owner profile)

3. Enter the rent amounts:

   • Go to Budgets > Quotations > Process Rents
   • The process is similar to processing quotas

4. Issue rent receipts:

   • The receipt issuing process is the same as for quotas

You can optionally integrate these rent receipts with the Tax Authority (AT).
