If the condominium has a rented unit, it should be handled differently from the others.
In these cases, there are no quotas, but rather rents.
How to configure a rental unit:

Create the respective unit at:
Units > Units

Fill in the following fields:
- Unit Type =
Caretaker's House Rental
(or another rental type) - Permillage =
0
- Associate the tenant entity (the tenant must already have a unit owner profile)
- Unit Type =

Enter the rent amounts:
- Go to
Budgets > Quotations > Process Rents
- The process is similar to processing quotas
- Go to

Issue rent receipts:
- The receipt issuing process is the same as for quotas
