Digital Mail (PGM)

GC now integrates with Digital Mail services, with Premium Green Mail (PGM) as the first available provider.

This integration allows paper correspondence (billing notices, receipts, meeting notices, and more) to be sent without manually printing, enveloping, and mailing it — the entire process is handled automatically by PGM.

⚙️ How to Activate

The Digital Mail service is not active by default. To activate it, contact our support team.

📇 Configuration per Unit Owner

Once the service is active, you need to set up, per unit owner and per document type, sending via Digital Mail.

Go to:
Entities >> Unit Owners

Select the unit owner, and in the Contacts tab, in the Mailing Preferences grid, set the sending method to Digital Mail for each document type.

Once sent, you can track the delivery status of each letter at:
