Artificial Intelligence in GC allows you to automate daily tasks, improve communication with residents, and reduce the time spent on manual processes.
Artificial Intelligence is included in every professional GC plan, with 150 actions per month at no extra cost. There is nothing to subscribe: just enable the features you want to use.
🚀 Step 1: Check your AI plan

Go to:
Administration >> AI >> Subscription -
Check that the current plan is Included
- 1 user with AI access
- 150 actions per month, renewed at the start of each month
- No extra cost
If you need more actions, more users or generative chat for residents, you can subscribe to the Business, Pro or Unlimited plans on the same screen, or add extra actions and additional users.
⚙️ Step 2: Enable AI Features

Go to:
Administration >> AI >> Features -
Enable the option:
Advanced AI Enabled -
Select the features you want to use:
- Automatic email review
- SMS review
- Automatic occurrence description from images
- Budget value suggestions
- Owner debts import from a file
- Report explanation in plain language
- Queries from an AI assistant
- Resident assistant (portal and website); generative AI answers are available on the Business plan or higher
- Click Save
From this point on, Artificial Intelligence is active and ready to use within the system.
💡 What Happens After Activation
Once activated, AI becomes available across key areas of the system:
- While writing emails
- When registering occurrences with photos
- During budget creation
- When creating a building, importing the previous manager’s debts
- When viewing reports, to explain them in plain language
- In your AI assistant, to query the GC’s data
- In automatic support for residents (portal and external chat)
⚠️ Important Notes
- AI operates based on available actions linked to the active plan
- The Included plan gives access to every feature except generative chat for residents
- When the month’s actions run out, you can add extra actions or move to a higher plan; plan actions renew the following month
- The Home Edition plan does not include Artificial Intelligence
